I understand that I am required to supply all required documents within 3 working days of placing a holding deposit. Failure to do so may result in losing my deposit. (Should you need more time to do this please let us know) In accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 – I understand that all references given to Credential may be passed onto the owner(s) or any managing agents relating to the property addressed above. I accept that the information provided will be used to carry out a credit search via a credit referencing agency who would retain a record of the search and also for the purposes of the Money Laundering regulations.
